Water = adequate capacity can be made available to supply in the daily demand of the residents in the development. The property also has several boreholes of its own.
Sewer:
The development has a sewer line running through it and has several connection points. For Phase 2 a small pump station would need to be constructed as well as linkage with another small portion of land.
Roads:
Access to the development is available via two roads.
Storm Water:
Apart from natural drainage on the development ground a storm water drainages system with several connection points would need to be installed.

Flood Line:
